Program Facilitator

Mrs. Pamela Leonard

Pamela Leonard joined Delta Air Lines in 2008 with a strong desire to travel the world. Delta afforded her that opportunity along with many more. Shortly after joining Delta Air Lines she began her role as a Facilitator training numerous Delta employees on a variety of subjects. Just a few years later Pamela was promoted to Initial Flight Attendant Training Coordinator. In her role as a coordinator she had the responsibility of managing daily operations of the training program, utilizing performance based management for trainees, ensuring quality assurance issues on performance and compliance, and applying her strong facilitation skills for a diverse population. In addition to her role at Delta Air Lines, Pamela also spends a great deal of time as an independent consultant in the space of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Pamela is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Junior League of Birmingham. Although she has had the opportunity to live in other cities such as New York, Seattle, and Atlanta over the years, she is elated to be back in the place she is happy to call home, the city of Birmingham. The Birmingham community is near and dear to her heart being a native of this great city! She attended college in Atlanta, Georgia at Clark Atlanta University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Pamela and her husband Torrey reside in Hoover. They are the proud parents of four children, Jaylen, Owen, Ava, and Landon. They enjoy being avid travel basketball parents and spending time with their children.

Pamela is proud to work with the emerging leaders of Birmingham as the Program Facilitator for Project Corporate Leadership.
