WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN CANDIDATES
The ideal PCL candidate is a “rising star” in your organization – a college graduate who shows potential. Sometimes, organizations choose candidates because they need the polish and the professional development that PCL provides, and sometimes organizations choose candidates who can get their company’s message across to a valuable network of other Birmingham professionals. Be aware that the opening retreat in early November is mandatory, so make sure you choose a candidate who can attend before they go through the application process.
